We are seeking a Health-Tech Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our SaaS platform in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and a proven track record of developing and launching successful products in the industry.
This position will serve as a liaison between the customer, user community and the engineering team in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs; will possess a thorough understanding of the customers and users supported as well as the expertise in the products’ features, functionality, and capabilities; will provide complex analysis services, translating user needs into detailed specifications to allow engineering team to deliver an appropriate solution.

Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization to meet business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Define and manage product metrics such as usage, retention, and revenue to drive continuous improvement and ensure product success.
- Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and key metrics to stakeholders including customers, executives, and team members.
- Serve as the product expert and work collaboratively with internal and external teams to prioritize and schedule product improvements, new product development, and stakeholder requirements.
- Work directly with various teams to understand end-user needs, translate product requirements into specifications, and manage the backlog.
- Create feature summaries, mock-ups, and functional specifications, track project milestones and deliverables, and work to deliver projects on time.
- Participate in release planning, scrum meetings, sprint retrospectives, and program meetings to drive collaboration and results with multiple teams.
- Manage changes in project scope, identify risks/impediments, and devise contingency plans to address product defects and enhancement requests.
- Actively support efforts to enhance the customer experience and simplify processes.
- Create and maintain documentation on the existing system including system flow, sequence diagrams, and architecture diagrams.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a cross-functional role while ensuring timely delivery with quality.
- Generate and evaluate market analysis, new product ideas, and customer feedback to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

- Support leadership with analysis for decision-making, adjust to changing priorities, and provide product knowledge to internal teams.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in healthcare, engineering, or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of experience in healthcare product management or a related field.
- Exhibit experience with SaaS platforms and Agile product development methodologies.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Databases, SQL queries, Data Analytics & Reporting.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple groups and lead discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to cater responses to different audiences, deliver engaging presentations, and communicate continuously.
- Show the ability to grasp technical understanding of a project quickly, see the big picture, and drive the project to completion.
- Be able to lead large, complex development project discussions with minimal assistance.
- Have experience supporting internal and external customers while managing expectations with different stakeholders.
- Be adaptable to a dynamic work environment, make independent decisions while keeping management informed, and work under tight deadlines while providing high-quality work.
- Possess strong research, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
- Demonstrate project management experience with running large-scale projects, computer literacy, and expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Have experience with SaaS products/platforms and Agile Software Methodologies, and ideally hold a Scrum Product Owner certification.
- Exhibit experience as a Product Owner in a large applications team, be very organized with excellent attention to detail, and be independent and motivated with the ability to take on multiple projects and initiatives.
- Show strong initiative and enthusiasm for driving success, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
